The OneBodyFit adjustable smart kettlebell provides a full body workout for men and women, this compact and durable kettlebell gives a space saving option for those working out at home or even in the park. Ergonomically designed, the large non-slip handle provides both a comfortable and a secure grip. The OneBodyFit kettlebell is manufactured from high quality cast iron, built to last that does not rust or fade. Cast iron offers higher weight density than cement-filled vinyl kettlebells, making them more compact and practical. Strong neoprene moulding encapsulates each plate to provide quieter workouts.
With the OneBodyFit adjustable smart kettlebell you can adjust your weight in seconds. Replacing 7 kettlebells with one single kettlebell, it adjusts with a simple load and lock mechanism. Weight increments run from as follows: 2.27kg/3.4kg/4.5kg/5.67kg/6.8kg/7.9kg/9.07kg. To properly select a desired weight, pull out the safety lock, turn the lock, add or remove weights as required, turn the safety lock to hold the weights safely in place.
