Whether you choose the OneBodyFit version of 24kg or the 40kg version, there are 15 and 17 different incremental variations per dumbbell respectively and they can all be adjusted in no time at all. By simply turning the dials on the heads of the adjustable dumbbells, the internal safety-lock mechanism selects the desired weight and the dumbbells can be lifted immediately.
